The Arena de la Ciudad de Mexico, the Mexico City Arena, is the leading indoor sports and entertainment venue in the City. In Azcapotzalco, it’s just north of Polanco. It’s been open only since 2012 and has a capacity for about 25,000 spectators depending on the type of event.
The Mexico City Arena is operated by Zignia, which presents about 120 events each year. Among these are national and international performing artists, wrestling, boxing, and similar indoor sports along with a variety of entertainment spectacles.
Near the Metro Ferrería / Arena de Ciudad de México station, it’s a roughly 12-minute walk. Tickets are available directly from the Arena de la Ciudad de México website.
