Lindavista

Lindavista has long been one of Mexico City's great shopping neighborhoods. It was first laid out in the 1930s by Teodoro Gildred. The result is a good example of planned urbanization. This happened precisely when the city's population was booming.

Today it's a solidly middle class neighborhood with tons to do. Known for its quaint and affordable California-style homes, the community is unique. It's picturesque with streets, sidewalks, and period homes of wood, carved stone, and red-tile roofs.

See the listings below for more on the shopping centers. Plus you'll find other points of interest in and near Lindavista.
