The climate-controlled interior organizes the seating in an oval bowl free of concrete columns that block the view, structured around a mechanical floor for wooden courts or stages.

The hermetic design and thick walls block the infiltration of exterior noise, facilitating the use of equipment with powerful sound pressure levels and synthetic bass without suffering residual echo. The ceiling features a digital resolution cube screen suspended over the court. The venue hosts sports exhibitions, basketball league games, and concerts by groups demanding absolute audiovisual control in total darkness.

The congregation of twenty-two thousand visitors generates an internal volume level assimilated through the acoustic absorption of the architecture and the stabilized temperature of the ventilation system. Circulation aisles include floor-level lighting and seats with cupholders. The development integrates three levels of isolated, furnished, and glass-enclosed executive suites (VIP) for corporate operations and sponsor rentals.

Culinary concessions respond to the fast stadium food format in the transit rings arranged behind the seating. The modules cook grilled beef burgers, assemble burritos, deliver packaged sushi rolls, classic hot dogs, and nachos. Beverage islands operate multiple dispenser systems for soda and draft beer in plastic cups to serve dense lines in a short time.

Transportation and arrival fall as a priority on the use of private cars, using the free access parking platforms at the base of the arena. Traffic generates slow movement on Avenida de las Granjas in the hour prior to the event. Pedestrian entrances strictly enforce security arch filters for metals and code readings on tickets.

How to get there?: The Ferrería/Arena Ciudad de México station (Metro Line 6) and the Fortuna station of the Suburban Train involve a pedestrian route crossing the avenue. RTP bus routes circulate along Eje 4 Norte.
