Cuautepec

Cuautepec is a generic name applied to a good dozen neighborhoods in the very north of Mexico City. It's easiest to imagine Cuautepec as the stem sticking out of the top of pear-shaped Mexico City.

In fact Cuautepec and all of its neighborhoods are seeing a surge in international visitors thanks to Cablebus Line 1.

Opened just in 2021, the cable car fills not just a gaping need for easier transit in and out of this northern valley. It also fills a need for folks to just have a look around. Views to the south are spectacular.

Centered around the colonia Cuautepec Al Alto, the area is experiencing a rebirth. It's a great time to visit, and to have a look around. And with the Cablebus operating at last, it's never been easier.
