Casa Franca

Located in an early 20th-century mansion in the Roma Norte neighborhood, Casa Franca operates under the concept of a hidden-style cocktail bar combined with a live music club. Its interior architecture is divided into several rooms with vintage design, using leather armchairs, amber lighting, rugs, and walls adorned with antique art, generating a fragmented environment into different rooms with high ceilings.

The musical profile focuses on small-format sessions according to programming. The groups usually set up on a floor-level stage, performing traditional blues, smooth jazz, swing, and occasional bossa nova rhythms. The acoustic volume of the trios or quartets allows accompanying the evenings, achieving a balance between musical appreciation and the dynamic typical of a bar for chatting.

The clientele is made up of area residents, groups of friends, and couples looking for an atmosphere of confidence. Interaction is fluid and attire usually leans toward urban casual, maintaining a well-kept standard. By having the musicians close, the attendees enjoy the improvisation of the soloists directly in their space.

The food menu adjusts to the format of the living rooms. The kitchen includes wood-fired pizzas, cheese boards, cold cuts, and tapas, ideal portions to share at the center of the table. The bar area prepares signature drinks using artisanal infusions and botanical presentations, with special attention to drinks with gin and mezcal.

General access usually involves a recovery cost at the door to pay the musicians. The dimensions of the mansion demand anticipation if attending during days of highest demand. It is advisable to verify directly on their official networks the exact hours and the programming of the bands.
